Inside Information On The Cheapest Times Of The Year To Travel

Inside Information On The Cheapest Times Of The Year To Travel

by Adriana Noton

During these tough economic times, many people have had find ways to cut down on the activities that give them the greatest pleasure. For many people, traveling is one activity that can often seem like a leisure endeavor which is too expensive to pursue. However, the good news is that traveling does not have to be expensive when you have a bit of travel inside information. In recent years, there have been many inside information secrets revealed that have shown that with a little knowledge, anyone can travel and stay within their budget. Knowing the cheapest times of year to travel is one of those little travel secrets.

Traveling during high season is the most expensive time to travel. Travelers will end up paying the highest price for their vacations. Not only are flights more expensive, beaches are more overcrowded, lines for attractions and activities are longer, and tropical destinations are uncomfortably hot. Tickets purchased during the low season, will be the cheapest. The weather will be more temperate, there will be fewer crowds, and hotel and resorts will be much less expensive. This season is referred to as the 'shoulder season.'

The shoulder season is the time of the year that falls at the beginning and end of the high season. During the shoulder season, flights, accommodations, and vacation packages, are greatly discounted. As well, the weather is still beautiful. An important tip to choosing the best time during the shoulder season to travel is to make sure that you pick the time that is closest to the high season. As well, avoid holidays which includes school holidays, and the other 'understandably busy' times to travel. The result will be substantial savings.

There are other important points to remember when selecting a vacation time during the shoulder season. For instance, ski resort destinations will usually open near the end of November, but people do not usually begin to take their ski vacations until the week of Christmas. You will save a lot of money if you take your ski vacation early in November or in mid-December. As well, the slopes will be much less crowded, the waiting period to get a lift will be shorter, and lift passes and equipment rentals will be cheaper. As well, late March or the beginning of April is the best time to save on a ski vacation. If the Mediterranean is your vacation choice, choosing late September or early October will save you money. Whatever destination you choose, make sure you check the weather conditions to make sure you do not vacation during tumultuous weather times such as hurricane season.

Traveling to fun and exciting destinations and exotic hot spots is a popular way to relax and forget about life's stresses for a little while. There are many cheap travel sites online that will help you find a flight and offer great prices during the shoulder and off travel season. By knowing a few of the travel insider tips on the cheapest times to travel, you be able to have a fun and memorable vacation that will not break your budget.

Vietnam Travel From UK Requires Special Considerations

Vietnam Travel From UK Requires Special Considerations

by Jose Maurette Garces

Around 100,000 British tourists enjoy Vietnam holidays from UK locations every year, according to the Vietnamese Tourist Authority. Restrictions for visitors are strict there and every visitor needs to be aware of the basic rules. It is very important to have visa and customs documents in precise order.

To visit Vietnam you must have a travel visa before entry into the country unless prior arrangements have been made by a tour operator or if you are listed as an officially sponsored visitor. You will probably not be allowed to enter the country if your passport will have less than a month before expiration beyond the date of which your Vietnamese visa expires. You should check for proper visa details and be aware of all conditions.

Only one entry is normally permitted per visa. Those who plan to exit the country and re-enter again from a different country should make sure that they have a visa that will allow multiple entry situations. There are very harsh fines and even the possibility of imprisonment if you should overstay your allotted visa time.

If your passport were to be lost or stolen, you would need to get a replacement passport as well as a replacement visa from immigration authorities in order to leave Vietnam. This can be done only during normal work hours and it usually takes from three to five working days to be received. It is not possible for the Embassy to expedite replacement of Vietnamese visas.

You need to have the form for customs you receive on entry to Vietnam, because this is required for you to leave the country. If you should lose your form, you could possibly be fined on leaving and also face having your personal belongings indefinitely confiscated. Be aware that this is another issue that the embassy is usually not able to arbitrate for you.

Most visits are quite trouble-free, however it is advisable to register ahead of time with the British consulate. British nationals usually only require assistance in regard to a lost or stolen passport. Registering with the consulate will provide you better assistance in case of an emergency. Remember that obtaining prompt consular aid is difficult when outside Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City due to Vietnam's lack of modern infrastructure.

Vietnam travel from the UK can usually go without any problems, providing that the visitor will take care to have the proper paperwork in place.

Experience The Caribbean

Experience the Caribbean

by Claribel Rizas

When someone mentions the Caribbean, it probably conjures up images of pure blue ocean, white sand, lush landscapes and relaxation. Indeed, this is pretty close to the truth. One of the biggest challenges when planning a trip to the Caribbean is choosing which island to visit, so here is a quick description of some of the most popular locations.

Antigua: Antigua is probably the most popular island and is well served by many international and regional connections. It is also a popular port of call for cruise ships, meaning there is some great shopping available. Antigua's beaches are amongst the best in the Caribbean, with bright white sand and twinkling ocean. Unusually for such a popular tourist destination it is almost always possible to find some privacy with a little walk along the coast.

Montserrat: Montserrat is one of the smaller islands and is great for those looking to get off the tourist trail and get a taste of authentic Caribbean life. Though it makes for a peaceful holiday location the lack of tourism makes itself felt in the relatively small number of hotels, bars and restaurants available, meaning those looking for a more eventful trip should probably look elsewhere.

Bermuda: The sheer range of activities available on Bermuda explains its popularity as an island choice; there are spectacular parks, nature reserves and underground cave formations just begging to be explored. If you're looking for a treat after a long day exploring there are also some fantastic bars and restaurants dotted around. The scuba diving and snorkelling here is also unsurpassed.

St Vincent and the Grenadines: The St Vincent in this island's name refers to a larger forested island in the south east of the Caribbean, whilst the Grenadines are the collection of small islands or cays dotted around it. These islands are designed to be explored by boat or ferry and aren't particularly easy to fly too, though it is possible from Bermuda.

Aruba: Out of all the islands Aruba is probably the one which provides the best balance between the tourist and the local. Aruba is also a popular option in Caribbean package holiday deals, meaning it's a great destination for those looking for a bargain. Aruba has exceptionally friendly locals whose charms are backed up by the islands other attractions - bars, snorkelling, beautiful beaches, sailing.

When it comes to planning how you'll travel to the Caribbean there are plenty of chartered and international flights leaving from Europe (especially the UK), Canada, and from cities all over the USA. Once you're on the islands it's also easy to hop from one to another via inter island flight.

The complexes of islands which comprise the Caribbean are some of the most interesting, beautiful places in the world. There is always something to explored, always something to do; no matter what you're looking for.

Yoga Is Self Improvement

Yoga is Self Improvement

by Paul Jerard

After five thousand years of written documentation, Yoga may well be the oldest self-improvement system that ever existed. We don’t know what Yoga knowledge may have been lost before man started to record it. In the time period beyond 5,000 years a fair amount of knowledge would have been passed on by word of mouth, and as a result, some of it would be missing.

There are many different types of Yoga, but all of them contribute to mankind’s self-improvement. So, mankind has been a work in progress for thousands of years and has organized systems to constantly improve. Let’s look at some Yogic principles that are often recognized as “modern” self-improvements.

Activate your mind and body together through daily Yoga practice. The mind is more powerful than the sum of its thoughts and it must be controlled. The mind that is allowed to wander usually produces random and unproductive thought.

In varying degrees, most styles of Yoga tie the physical postures, proper breathing, and focused concentration, together, in one single session. This constant bonding of mind and body, creates inner harmony. This in turn, results in a productive mind-set. This gives the average Yoga student an advantage in productivity, organizational skills, creativity, and self-preservation.

You can enhance positive energy with daily Yoga practice. After each Yoga session, many students commonly mention how good they feel. Yoga classes, or Yoga sessions, give the practitioner a chance to discard negative feelings, worries, tension, and stress. This gives the average Yoga student a simple way to prioritize life’s daily problems.

As a result of this, the Yoga student is able to set and prioritize goals. Whether it is a serious goal or a whim, ideas that produce seeds of thought become reality, especially when followed by action. This formula will produce even more bursts of positive energy within the mind, resulting in a productive and positively charged mind-set.

Yoga students should be taught to identify, and when possible, remove negative energy from within the mind. Negative thinking is contagious and should be purged or quarantined, just like a disease. Identify those people who have it. If possible help them, but if not, avoid or isolate them. Negative thinking produces nothing of value and contributes to self-destruction. Therefore, you should learn to identify or leave negative surroundings that will stifle your self-improvement efforts.

Finally, listen to your heart and this will tell you if a decision is right or wrong. Some people call it a “gut feeling,” but you can feel it, "in your heart," if a decision is morally correct, and know, if you can live with your actions.

How To Have Confidence By Adopting A Realistic Attitude

How to Have Confidence by Adopting a Realistic Attitude

by Peter Murphy

If you are struggling with how to have confidence in your life, you are not alone. Most people think that self-confidence is something that lucky people have, people who can do anything and everything.

Part of the problem with confidence is we think we have to have tons and tons of it and all the time. The reality is, that not everyone knows how to have confidence in all situations.

Self-confidence is really an attitude a person has, that allows them to have a positive view of themselves and the situations life may put them. People with a confident attitude are realistic. They trust in their own abilities and believe that they will be able to do most of what they want to do in life. They know they can't do everything.

To look at how to have confidence you need to understand that the typical person is always going to have some areas in their life that they are more confident than others.

You can be very athletic and comfortably confident in your athletic abilities while not feeling confident when meeting new people. Chances are you are confident in more ways than you may realize. The key to discovering a realistic self-confidence is to remove some of the false beliefs you may have developed.

1. False Belief:

I believe that to be successful in life I have to be competent in all the important areas of life.

Realistic Belief:

I know that achievement-based thinking is not the true way to feel worthy. I get some satisfaction when I achieve things that I set out to do, but I know that failures have nothing to do with my personal worth. I was born worthy.

2. False Belief:

The past has shown me how to have confidence in myself or not. My past is my most important guidance-system.

Realistic Belief:

As we grow we don't have the same vulnerabilities we did when we were young. You've gained some awareness on what you think should continue to influence you in life. You choose which areas of the past that you'll allow to steer the present, but you don't have to be a slave to the past.

3. False Belief:

Everybody knows that bad things happen more than good things. The good things I do can't be given too much importance with all the bad. People remember the bad so I should, too. Maybe if I concentrate hard enough, I'll have less bad results.

Realistic Belief:

I know that if I win 4 out of 5 times, that dwelling on the one time I lose and how terrible I feel is not a positive outlook. I know I can't win all the time! It's enough for me to do well at something most of the time.

I can use how good it feels to win next time things aren't falling my way, because I know it's only a temporary setback.

Learning how to have confidence has a lot to do with learning how to have a more realistic attitude towards life's ups and downs.

MOTIVATION, THE HEART OF SELF IMPROVEMENT

MOTIVATION, THE HEART OF SELF IMPROVEMENT

by Kim and Charles Petty

MOTIVATION, THE HEART OF SELF IMPROVEMENT

Kim and Charles Petty

Pain may sometimes be the reason why people change. Getting flunked grades make us realize that we need to study. Debts remind us of our inability to look for a source of income. Being humiliated gives us the 'push' to speak up and fight for ourselves to save our face from the next embarrassments. It may be a bitter experience, a friend's tragic story, a great movie, or an inspiring book that will help us get up and get just the right amount of motivation we need in order to improve ourselves.

With the countless negativities the world brings about, how do we keep motivated? Try on the tips I prepared from A to Z

A - Achieve your dreams. Avoid negative people, things and places. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, "the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."

B - Believe in your self, and in what you can do.

C - Consider things on every angle and aspect. Motivation comes from determination. To be able to understand life, you should feel the sun from both sides.

D - Don't give up and don't give in. Thomas Edison failed once, twice, more than thrice before he came up with his invention and perfected the incandescent light bulb. Make motivation as your steering wheel.

E - Enjoy. Work as if you don't need money. Dance as if nobody's watching. Love as if you never cried. Learn as if you'll live forever. Motivation takes place when people are happy.

F - Family and Friends - are life's greatest 'F' treasures. Don't loose sight of them.

G - Give more than what is enough. Where does motivation and self improvement take place at work? At home? At school? When you exert extra effort in doing things.

H - Hang on to your dreams. They may dangle in there for a moment, but these little stars will be your driving force.

I - Ignore those who try to destroy you. Don't let other people to get the best of you. Stay out of toxic people - the kind of friends who hates to hear about your success.

J - Just be yourself. The key to success is to be yourself. And the key to failure is to try to please everyone.

K - keep trying no matter how hard life may seem. When a person is motivated, eventually he sees a harsh life finally clearing out, paving the way to self improvement. L - Learn to love your self. Now isn't that easy?

M - Make things happen. Motivation is when your dreams are put into work clothes.

N - Never lie, cheat or steal. Always play a fair game.

O - Open your eyes. People should learn the horse attitude and horse sense. They see things in 2 ways - how they want things to be, and how they should be.

P - Practice makes perfect. Practice is about motivation. It lets us learn repertoire and ways on how can we recover from our mistakes.

Q - Quitters never win. And winners never quit. So, choose your fate - are you going to be a quitter? Or a winner?

R - Ready yourself. Motivation is also about preparation. We must hear the little voice within us telling us to get started before others will get on their feet and try to push us around. Remember, it wasn't raining when Noah build the ark.

S - Stop procrastinating.

T - Take control of your life. Discipline or self control jives synonymously with motivation. Both are key factors in self improvement.

U - Understand others. If you know very well how to talk, you should also learn how to listen. Yearn to understand first, and to be understood the second.

V - Visualize it. Motivation without vision is like a boat on a dry land.

W - Want it more than anything. Dreaming means believing. And to believe is something that is rooted out from the roots of motivation and self improvement.

X - X Factor is what will make you different from the others. When you are motivated, you tend to put on "extras" on your life like extra time for family, extra help at work, extra care for friends, and so on.

Y - You are unique. No one in this world looks, acts, or talks like you. Value your life and existence, because you're just going to spend it once.

Z - Zero in on your dreams and go for it!

Dealing With Criticism

Dealing with Criticism

by Desiree Jumchai

Nobody likes to be criticised, but unfortunately, it is something that we are bound to receive one time or another. Some of us respond positively with nobility and detachment, yet many others get offended and keep it in until it leads to unnecessary suffering. Dealing with criticism is an important life skill and through it, we have the opportunity to learn and improve ourselves.

Here are some tips to help you deal with criticism:

* Respond to the suggestions, not the tone of the criticism. People may make valuable criticism as suggestions. However, their tone and manner of criticism may appear confrontational, and that is what we respond to rather than to the suggestions they are giving. You need to separate the criticism from the style of criticism. Detach your emotions from the useful suggestions that may lie underneath.

* Value criticism. The problem we have quite often is that we don’t value criticism because we only value praise. You are happy when people speak kind words, but miserable when they criticise. But because criticism can be constructive, you can only progress by inviting it rather than expecting praise which might be insincere or false flattery.

* Don’t take it personally. This is the major problem which occurs with regard to criticism. When people criticise us directly, we should feel they are not criticising our real self but just a misunderstood aspect of ourselves.

* Ignore false criticism. Sometimes we are criticised for no reason or justification and this can be painful. In cases like this, ignore it and remain aloof. If we remain silent and detached then the criticism is given no energy. But if we somehow fight it, we are giving it more importance than it deserves. Maintain a dignity that others will come to respect.

* Don’t react immediately. Responding too quickly because of feelings of anger or injured pride may leave us regretting later on. Wait patiently and you will be able to rationalise and reflect in a calmer way.

* SMILE! Smiling, even if it is a fake one, can help us to relax more. It creates a more positive vibe and ‘smoothen’ outs the situation. And if smiling actually aggravates the other person, then at least you know you’ve got one over them.

A Millionaire's Secret - Give A Piece Of Straw

A Millionaire's Secret - Give A Piece Of Straw

by Masami Sato

A rich man born out of giving!

Given below is a mythological story from Japan about the beauty of giving to others and it tells us how we can receive the most perfect gifts when we're giving and grateful of what we own.

Here is the story.

Once upon a time, there lived a young farmer of very modest means. Whatever he tried to do did not find fruition and he always remained penniless. He was completely broke without any money, without any food and with no relatives. So one night, totally despondent, he went to a temple and sat near the altar begging the Gods to show him a way.

"I have always been honest and hardworking, but all my hard work never produced any reward for me. What am I doing wrong?"

He fell asleep near the altar just after he put the question. When he woke up in the morning, he saw in front of him one of the Gods he had seen in his dream, with a bright golden light around him. The God's voice reverberated in his mind.

"When you wake up today, treasure the very thing you have in your hand and keep giving it generously to others on your way," the God whispered.

The farmer opened his eyes. There were many things that he wanted to ask but he managed to pull himself up and tried to remove the confusion of the strange dream. But there seemed to be a piece of straw in his hand. It must have remained stuck on his dress while he worked in his land.

He nearly dropped it to the ground, but stopped for a moment remembering what the God said. He sat down again. And looked at the straw.

He sat for a long while wondering what that meant. He had no idea how a broken bit of a straw can be of any use to him. Suddenly he saw a wasp buzzing around. The wasp soon alighted on the tip of the straw. He caught hold of the wasp and bound it to the straw with a piece of string from his dress. Thus with a piece of straw with a wasp at one end, he proceeded.

He had only walked for a few minutes before he saw a little boy and his mother coming from the other direction. The boy was crying. As he said hello, the boy noticed the wasp moving on the straw that the farmer was holding. He stopped crying and asked for the straw. The farmer nearly declined but then he remembered about the God's message that he needed to treasure what he had but also remembered that he was to give it away to others. So, he offered the straw to the boy. The mother was very appreciative as now the boy stopped crying and began smiling. The mother offered the farmer three tangerines.

The farmer moved on. As he proceeded, he felt hungry. He was about to eat the tangerines when he again remembered that what was important was giving things to others, not giving it to himself.

He had to climb a steep hill and there he saw a trader sitting on the earth under a tree. Near the man was a wooden box. The farmer wished the trader who seemed to be very tired. The trader saw the tangerines the farmer had and asked if he could have them. The trader said he was very thirsty.

The farmer was as thirsty as the trader as he had been walking for long on that hot day. Nevertheless, he offered the tangerines to the trader, who then ate all the three tangerines and felt recharged. He felt very happy about the help rendered to him and opened the wooden box that was by his side. Inside the box were rolls of silk that was dyed with hand. The merchant gifted the farmer one roll and proceeded on his way.

The farmer proceeded again through the same route. He finally found a rivulet from which he drank water and felt restored. He felt more energetic and comfortable and went on.

He continued to walk for a long time but did not see anyone again. So he decided that the silk could be what would bring him luck. He felt he should go to the town nearby and try to sell the silk.

But just as he went around the corner, he saw in front of him a band of fighters. One of the fighters who looked liked the head of the band stood near a horse that was lying on the earth. The farmer heard the leader talking to his men.

"This horse would not last long. We just have to leave it. Just take care of it and catch up." He jumped up on another horse and galloped off disappearing out of sight.

The remaining soldiers were left discussing what to do about it. They were reluctant to kill the animal but they did not have much of a choice. At last one of them took out a sword.

The farmer ran to them and requested them to refrain from killing it. He opted to care for the animal. In return for that he gave them the bolt of silk he had. They were happy of the offer and went away fast.

The farmer stood there with the horse that was in its death throes. He felt he might have got it all wrong and that he was not destined to be wealthy. Then he thought of the river that he had come across on the way.

He turned back and went to the river, removed his shirt and immersed it in the river to get water for the horse. He went back to the animal lying on the earth and pressed the water out of the shirt gently into its mouth. As the water went inside drop by drop, the animal slowly got recharged and finally the farmer was able to help it stand up.

Once the horse was up the farmer was able to lead it to the river. The animal drank to its satisfaction and there was also green grass nearby that it could feed on. With both that the horse became fully recharged.

The farmer now had a companion. They journeyed together, the horse in front, and the farmer panting behind to keep up with it. They traveled for miles in that manner. At last, as the sun was about to set, the animal came to a stop just in front of a rather big house. When the farmer drew alongside, the horse pushed him in the direction of the gate with its snout.

As the farmer approached the gate, the doors swung open and to his surprise, an old man appeared. The old man was rushing outside and was looking a little pale. He noticed the farmer and the horse standing by the gate.

The old man asked the farmer what it was that he needed. The farmer said that he wanted a place where he could sleep at night. The old man queried the farmer if he would mind looking after the house till his return as he had to leave for the nearby town on a pressing matter. He also said that it might take some time for him to return.

As the old man seemed to be in a hurry, the farmer offered him the horse. The old man appreciated the generous offer and took off with the horse. As he was leaving, he said something peculiar to the farmer.

"If I am not back in three years, this house becomes yours."

As you possibly deduced, the old man did not come back.

So the farmer lived happily ever after in the old man's big house with kind-hearted neighbours around and a land rich in good crops. He always kept in mind the rule that he should give to others what he had.

Thank you for reading this story. And what do you think it is all about?

Maybe there is a key to something. When we can turn our 'getting game' into a 'giving game', our life often flows bringing more abundance. But it is not always easy to practice the old wisdom in our real life.

The following are the interesting principles we can see in the tale:

* When we are willing to provide what others want, their value for it enhances more than when we are trying to 'barter' it (as mostly we hope to get something out of it) since they compare the price with what we expect for it and would obviously pay less.

* When we are not possessive of whatever we have, we will perceive that we thereby have more chances as we can release the existing possessions.

* When we are down and out with the problems of life, instead of worrying about the negativities if we kept focus more on giving others and caring for them, life would surely bring glad tidings later.

* When we try to encash what we have created, believing that "this is the maximum it will bring", as we think we might be the loser if it is not turned into cash, our life will stagnate. Instead of that, we should continue to give liberally whatever we have got and however wealthy we are or we are not.

Giving is part of many successful people's lives. When we give first, we have more chance of living a life of magnificence, ease and expansion.

A Solution To Poverty?

A Solution to Poverty?

by Terry Connors

Poverty.

Ask any liberal, and they will tell you that the solution is
simple: The Government needs to invest in programs to help the
poor help themselves; to give them a hand up -- and a hand out
-- in order to get them through this dark period in their lives.

Ask any conservative, and they will also tell you that the
solution is simple: The poor don't need a hand out or a hand up.
They need to take responsibility for their lives, and they won't
do that as long as they are living large on government handouts.
Take away the free money, and they'll earn some real money
themselves .

So, who is right? What do the poor really need? What is the best
solution to poverty, both short-term poverty and
multi-generational poverty?

The answer is: We don't really know.

An article in Scientific American lays out the difficulty of
determining the efficacy of anti-poverty programs. Historically,
doing a controlled experiment to determine which set of policies
will have the greatest impact on allieviating poverty has been
extraordinarily difficult, and often impossible. Recently,
however, the availability of cheap, skilled labor in India has
made running such studies easier and less expensive. Problems
still remain however because of the inherent complexity of
social interactions and the enormous number of uncontrolled
variables that can affect the results.

The take-away point is this: If anyone tells you that they
"know" how to solve poverty, they are lying. They may have an
idea or a theory. The idea or theory may be logically sound. But
until we have scientific, documented proof of what works and
what does not work, nobody really knows how to solve the problem
of poverty. So, does this mean we should do nothing? No. Of all
the things that have been tried to fight poverty, "doing
nothing" has been the most popular, and we know that it doesn't
work. What we need are more trials and tests. As difficult as
conducting these trials are, this is the only way we will come
up with a long-term solution that is scientifically defensible.

Once Liberals and Conservatives admit what they don't know, they
can begin to work together to find a "real" solution. And they
will both have to be big enough to admit that they are wrong if
the evidence shows that their theory wasn't the correct one.

The Most Powerful Generation

The Most Powerful Generation

by Joseph N. Abraham, M.D.

The Most Powerful Generation

Joseph N. Abraham, M.D.

While working with students at the University of Louisiana, recently one of them spoke wistfully to me about the student protests and activism on Civil Rights, Feminism, Viet Nam and the like. He felt that his generation did have the power to change things in fundamental ways.

Let me be blunt: Today's students are the most powerful generation of young adults in the history of the world.

The group I head, booksXYZ.com and The American Public School Endowments, worked with Wikipedia some time back. When we first contacted them, they enjoyed a traffic ranking of 19.

The #19 website in the whole world-- which includes massively funded corporate websites such as Amazon, CNN, Yahoo!, Microsoft, and AOL, to name a few.

What is hard to believe, is that only 2 and a half people were manning the Wikipedia office. Since then, Wikipedia has faced the many problems that a rapidly expanding concern faces, employee shortages & turnovers (including CEOs), underfunding, personality clashes, typical office politics, all while trying to work with millions of volunteers and users worldwide. And the effect of all these problems is... ?

The Wikipedia has climbed even faster and higher, and now sits at #9. So what's the explanation?

You can figure it out for yourself, because the same thing is happening all over the Internet. Just go anywhere on-line: eBay, Craig's List, Geocities, Youtube, Blogger, del.icio.us, Flickr, Facebook, Napster, Linux, and on & on. The computer programs available free from the OpenSource community, and the new tools available- RSS, IM, blogs, message boards, ListServes, cell phones, podcasts, social networking, cell phone cameras, eMail, eZines, video streaming, social bookmarking, porable video recorders-- have allowed people, primarily young people, to create value and wealth for companies around the globe, wealth exceeding the GNP of all but the very largest countries.

The Roman Dictators, The Kings of France, the Ottoman Sultans-- their powers pale next to what a student can create with a wireless PDA in a few minutes. If, just in their leisure time, student-contributed content has built the preceding Internet empires, and if among their overlooked laptops and cell phones students carry this much potential power, what could they accomplish if they seriously thought about it? What could students do for the world, for economic reforms, for social justice, for educational movements?

Pundits often claim that City Hall can't be beaten. They're wrong. City Hall gets beaten by average citizens every day. What can't be beaten is the news media. Since they tell everyone the story, they get to tell it their way, and so they can't be beaten...

...that is, if you aren't media yourself. If you can publish your own version, you can compete with the media.

And today's media are largely young people, young adults. In fact, the term "media" doesn't mean what it once did, for exactly that reason. In the past, "media" really meant two separate things: the medium, i.e., the vehicle for delivery; and the information, the cargo the vehicle carried. But the movements we noted previously show that, although corporations still control the vehicle, the content comes from the public. And that public is largely young adults.

But the students don't need the corporations any more. There are free, freely available media that replace all of the corporate platforms. You can pay for blog software, or you can download free, OpenSource blog platforms. And if a few dollars a month to host your own blog or other software is too much, you can use Blogger or any one of the thousands of competitors to Blogger, to publish your own content, free of charge.

This is true for any application on the 'net. The OpenSource movement has free software that will replace all of the packages that we pay for, and all of the corporate websites out there, from the smallest add-ons, right up to massive programs for operating systems, Internet publishing, on-line retail, all of it.

Considering that, it is clear that although the medium may still be produced by corporations, the successful websites are largely those where the public generates the content. And that public, more and more, is a young public.

So today's student has unprecedented, phenomenal power... more than enough to make this planet better.

And all the students of today need to do, is to begin deciding how best to use those tools, and begin making this little planet better.

The Secrets To Loving What You Do

The Secrets to Loving What You Do

by Daegan Smith

How was your day? Did you wake up this morning with the feeling
that you just wanted to stay in bed all day and not bother to
work again? Did your day end with you hoping it is the last day
of the week when your week has just started?

We can say that the feeling of not wanting to get up from bed is
due to some previous sleepless nights, too much activities the
day before or hangover. Being so restless after a day's work can
be due to having a hectic day or not having enough sleep at
night. Both can also be due to not being happy with what you do.

Very few people are lucky enough to immediately land on a path
to their dream job. Few people have their first jobs at their
dream company. Few even get a job that they wanted.

Of course, if one wants to be a partner at a law firm, one
doesn't just have to finish law school, pass the bar and be
hired as a partner. He or she has to work hard for several
years. But a bar passer can be fortunate if he or she is offered
a job by a reputable law firm. Many lawyers find it hard to get
a job that allows them to practice law.

So how can one be happy in their jobs? Here are some tips.

* Look for a hobby.

You may not be able to use your interests or skills in the job
in which you are currently employed, but you can always look for
other options to practice them.

If you love writing, perhaps you can be a freelance writer,
start a web log (blog) or submit your works to publishing
companies. Doing something you enjoy relieves you the stress of
doing something that doesn't catch your interest.

It could also be something that you can look forward to at the
end of each task at work, that you will be excited about
successfully finishing each assignment at work. It's like giving
you a reward for each job well done.

* Look for a challenge.

Some people don't feel like going to work because their daily
work life has been monotonous. A secretary might just have to
spend her day typing letters and receiving guests, and this can
sometimes be a dull task.

However, she can try to make herself better by learning a
different langauge that she can use when speaking with foreign
guests. Moreover, learning new skills can also help in getting a
promotion and a raise.

* Spend time to relax.

Many people do not really dislike their jobs, but just spend so
much time at their desk or at work that they get burnt out.

Doing a hobby, reading a book, seeing a movie, and spending time
with family and friends are good stress busters. Also, forget
your diet sometimes and just reward yourself with a scoop of ice
cream or chocolate.

Or if you really wanted to stick to your diet, just take a walk
in the park, visit places that you've never been to, do things
that you've never done, or just play with your dog. After all,
animals were proven to reduce stress levels and blood pressure.

* Change your job.

If you have tried all of the above and still feel the same,
probably, it time to change your job. Maybe, it's some of your
company's practices that don't work for you, and then transfer
to a different company but have the same job.

Or if you really like your company, but you don't like your job,
maybe you can talk to your human resources personnel about
options for transferring to a different department. Or perhaps,
you are looking opportunities for growth.

Always make research by asking the HR staff and by checking
online on how you can increase your qualifications so you can
get a promotion.

Changing jobs can be risky, especially if you are jumping to a
different field. You may initially be given a job that is below
your qualifications, be given a lower salary than what you were
previously receiving, and you will have to undergo an adjustment
process. So do this only if you are left with no other options
with your current job and company.

These are just some ways on how to love and enjoy what you do. A
famous quote says "If you find something that you love to do,
you never have to work again a single day in your life."

Release Your Inner Winner, Learn To Succeed

Release Your Inner Winner, Learn To Succeed

by MJG Urquart

Release Your Inner Winner, Learn To Succeed

MJG Urquart

Are you successful yet? Have you reached your full potential? If not do you know why success at work or home is still eluding you? I used to blame all sorts of things for my failures. Bad luck, other people mistakes and any plausible reason I could find. But then I realized that I?d been conditioned to failure for many years.

People generally mean well when they give you bits of wisdom like money is the root of all evil, or a camel has more chance of passing through the eye of a needle that a rich man has of getting to heaven. All these little sayings, and there are hundreds of them, all play a pat in conditioning us to the fact that failure is ok.

You've heard these comments hundreds of times. probably so many times that you hardly notice them but all the time your subconscious mind is storing them away. Do you think a 100 meter sprinter at the start of the Olympics says to himself "If I run too fast I might fall over"? No he doesn't he tells himself positive things. Think positive and re-condition your brain to believe that you can be successful and you will be. How do I know? Easy I've done it. 6 months ago I bought Sean Le Mays Procrastination Blaster and I have gone from someone generally gave up of failed to someone who has become successful. I didn't believe that I suffered from procrastination but I bought the product on a recommendation from a friend and it had a major impact on my life.

The thing I really liked about procrastination blaster is that I just had to put on my headphones and sit back and relax. Yes it's as simple as that. The program is built around scientifically proven methods and activates various types of your brainwaves. Once these brainwaves are active your subconscious can absorb the positive messages that Procrastination Blaster contains. This is very similar to the deep meditation that monks and Yogi's strive for.

We will now have a look at the 4 different types of brain waves and at the various conscious states in which they exist

Beta waves- normal waking consciousness-you are probably in "beta" right now. These are associated with concentrating, arousal, alertness and cognition.

When you are absorbed by a good film, or a great book then it is fair to say that you are in the much slower alpha state. Alpha waves are associated with relaxation, learning and increased concentration.

Theta waves slower than alpha, usually experienced during dreaming sleep associated with increased creativity, some kinds of super learning, increased memory ability and "a ha" experiences.

Delta waves are even lower than theta and you'll experience these during dreamless sleep. These are associated with the release of chemicals that help with anti aging and also access to the subconscious mind.

This all might sound like science fiction but I assure you it's not, why not check out our review of procrastination blaster and see how it can help you to succeed.

Meet Your Maker

Meet Your Maker

Meet Your Maker

Nobody wants to ever be called a faker. This is why you want to be able to do the things you do in your own way and have a completely original spam onto what is it you are doing. Having a coffee maker which is distinguishable from other coffee makers is that important distinction.

If you have an auto drip, automatic, freeze-dried, instant coffee maker that's fine. And this may be what you need for your life at that moment. However, once you have achieved a level of stature within the community and once you have been around the block a time or two you may find that this coffee maker does not suit your needs anymore. You may just wish to eliminate this step altogether and just get on the bus with a great coffeemaker from the start. While it may end up costing you a little more on the upfront you will reap the rewards of having a great cup of coffee every time you brew and that is one of the best things many people look forward to every morning.

Meet Your Maker

What you are choosing your coffee maker you need to your member a number of different things. One of the first things you should remember is it is really about quality of life. If you have a substandard existence and you live with the dogs then one of the first ways to pull your self up from the dregs is by making small changes to your lifestyle. You can put up some nice curtains, you can have some soft music playing when friends come over, and you can have a nice coffee maker. Speaking from personal experience my life has never been the same since I got my coffee maker; it is something that I use every day, sometimes more than once a day, and it brews some of the best coffee in the world as far as I'm concerned. A great (http://www.coffee-espresso-maker-tips.com/grind-and-brew-coffee-makers.html) coffeemaker that can be used to both grind and brew your coffee will make your life even easier!

Making Your Style Inimitable

You also want to distinguish yourself from others. One of the easiest ways to do that is to get something original and completely inimitable. If you have a distinct and great coffeemaker people will say that they want to go to your house to have coffee just because the coffee they have had at your house has been so great.

So if you need a way to set yourself apart from the rest that you want to be the best at something, have the best coffeemaker in your neighborhood; it is one of the many ways to the top.

I can't find Success anywhere

Jeff Grundy

Have you gotten to the point, where you are almost ready to give up? Are you dozens and dozens of self-help books and cds worthless to you? Can you say over the past 20 years you have tried over 20 different programs to make moeny?

Let's not even bring up mlm and direct mail marketing or the law of attraction. If you are not shaking your head up and down at this point, this article is probably not for you.

I am guessing I have over $35,000 in self-help programs, seminars and get rich programs. I am not going to say schemes, because I truly thought each and every one of them were real opportunities at making me wealthy.

Yet I was almost 50 and my dreams were far away. I always knew I would be wealthy but each and every year I became more and more frustrated. Yet I kept trying, each and every time I figured I had found the opportunity I had been looking for all this time.

The answer came but not in the form of another book or self-help system. Nor was it a guaranteed money making program that would double my income in a week. It was a web site with a collection of speakers on improving your life in all areas.

I don't know why but hearing them all speak over a couple of days made the difference. One or two points from each speaker really hit me. And since I listened to them in rapid succession I was able to remember them.

Quickly like a speeding truck it hit me. All the points I had gathered over the couple days said the same thing. I never stuck it out. I could build the greatest foundations, but then I was on to the next thing before I gave the first one time to succeed.

Once I could feel the problem with all my being things changed. Even though it was not my purpose in life, I just felt great. I was quickly able to make the changes to sticking with one program and focusing all that extra energy on becoming success. Wow what a difference.

So my point is. Listen to many people and pick what is common from all them about what you need to change. And find a program and stick with it. There is probably nothing wrong with the 20 last programs, it is you that has to be fixed.

Overcoming False Evidence Appearing Real

Overcoming False Evidence Appearing Real

by Charles William Petty

Overcoming False Evidence Appearing Real

Charles William Petty

Overcoming F.E.A.R.

Most of us have heard what this acronym stands for:

F - False E - Evidence A- Appearing R - Real

A lot of us don't realize how this can truly impact our life.

In real estate investing, as in any venture in your life, you will have to step out on faith. This simply means that you believe that something good will happen; that you will be able to make it work. Stepping out on faith means that you believe in yourself. This doesn't mean that you go off half-cocked, but that you prepare yourself and know that you will be able to deal with the unknown.

This can be a scary thing. Stepping out on faith is not something that many of us are comfortable with. In fact, we often talk ourselves out of doing something, rather than into it. Then, there are all the well-intentioned naysayers in our lives. They take their fears and put them onto us. They mean well, but they can make you miss out on your dreams. They would never have the guts to go out and do something like this, and they can't see you doing it either. They don't see themselves as snatching your dream away. They probably think that they are protecting you. But many times, snatch away your dreams is exactly what they do.

It is okay to be afraid when you are starting something new. It is perfectly normal. The important thing to remember is that you can't let that fear stop you. You can use it as a tool to make sure you are prepared. Fear will make you feel a little on edge. Use that extra energy to make sure that you have all of your decks in a row. Make sure that you are as prepared as you can be. Use the fear, don't let it paralyze you.

Educate yourself. Get coaching. Find a mentor. Do what you can to prepare yourself. But remember, at some point, you will have to stop preparing and do something. You will have to step out on faith. That is a good thing. It allows you to test yourself and the courage of your convictions. Things probably won't work out exactly liked you planned. And that is okay too. It is when we are dealing with challenges that we learn new ways of doing things. We see things in a different light. In fact, we see ourselves in a different light. You might not know how strong you really are until you put yourself out there. You won't know what you can truly accomplish until you push yourself.

So remember, it is okay to be afraid. Fear can't hurt you, unless you let it stop you; instead, step out on faith.

Remember, faith can move mountains.

What's Your Productivity Formula?

What's Your Productivity Formula?

by Elliott Roberts

What's Your Productivity Formula?

Elliott Roberts

Staying on task, despite interruptions, is tough to do. Your productivity formula will allow you to handle those pesky interruptions as they arise, while staying on track with your target project. This will result in higher productivity and performance. Here are some self help tips to customize your productivity formula.

You must have a clear plan. Are you daily tasks leading you somewhere, or are they simply getting you by? Take some time to review your long term projects and goals. Your daily task lists should be the product of those bigger projects being broken down. If your daily tasks are not leading you toward your bigger picture, start over. Make every task count.

Once you have your clear plan you need to prioritize those tasks. Some are more important than others and some have definite deadlines. Organize them as such on your list, realizing that just as some must be finished that day, some can easily be forwarded to the next day if need be.

Schedule breaks to recharge. Walk around for a few minutes. Stretch. Play a quick game of spyder. Your body and your brain will feel better and work so much better that you will make up for the lost work time, even exceed it.

Do not work through lunch. It does not make you look more dedicated than everyone and your mind and body will produce less without nutrition. That should be a no brainer, but continually people neglect their bodies for an extra 30 or 60 minutes of work. This is a hard one to break because people expect it of you. Or maybe your boss does not appreciate the importance of fueling and recharging your body. Do it anyway. Everyone will be impressed when they start seeing the resulting increase in productivity.

Track progress and recognize your own achievements, no matter how small. You will be motivated to continue and achieve more success.

Deal with the little interruptions that come along before they turn into problems. The time invested is usually minimal and it saves stress and hours in the end.

Regardless of whom you are or what you are trying to accomplish, you have to do work to get there. That work is called productivity and with a positive attitude and your productivity formula, you will succeed.

How to Become a Knowledgeable "Toucher"...

Building and maintaining relationships with your clients is one of the most important things you can do. Consistently provide them with relevant, useful information. Do this at LEAST once a month. Don't sit back and wait for them to contact you, let them know you're out there! They'll welcome the attention as long as you're providing useful, relevant information.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with your clients builds loyalty.

Stay current with news. Learn a new skill. Research a new product. Keep yourself motivated and educated. Become an "expert" in a particular product.

Don't underestimate the efforts of your competition. If they're doing what you're not to establish and maintain relationships with your clients, you may lose them.

Talk to other professionals in related fields (Attorneys, CPA's, Investment Advisors, Real Estate Agents). Form a network of trusted professionals that you can refer to. Become the "go to" person for your clients, and you'll be providing them with value, not just service. This is also a great way to give and receive referrals.

providing your clients with added value, they'll feel compelled to refer you to their friends, family and business associates.

building relationships with your clients, they will feel confident in involving you in more of their long-term planning and consolidation.

Determine the types of clients you want. Identify a single, exclusive demographic of your "ideal" client, and concentrate your relationship building efforts on their specific needs and demands.

Learn all you can about what's important to that particular market. Use this information to work with the clients you want, and bypass the clients you don't want. Or, for example, if you want to target a particular type of business, learn all you can about the business, what's important to the owners and employees, what their fears and desires are and target your marketing efforts.

As an example, you could target your marketing efforts specifically to automotive dealerships. Or even more specifically, managers of auto dealerships. Learn all you can about their world. What their concerns are. What issues do they deal with?

Think Positive Live Positive

Think Positive Live Positive

by Theo McLanahan

Think Positive Live Positive

Theo McLanahan

Thinking positive may sound like gibberish to some but others are firm believers. Faced with problems or challenges, thinking positive can help you achieve the best.

Even when things don't seem to be going right, a positive attitude can help you defeat your challenges. When you think positively, you can picture your accomplishments. Failing is not an alternative and you can manage any difficulties that come to you. Positive people attract other positive people and are more decisive in life.

When you come across a challenge, try to work around it. Giving up is not the solution and will not help you achieve your goals. It can make you more stressed and feel far worse.

Finding a way to forge ahead and reach your goal or accomplish your task will help you grow as a person. You will feel more confident and able to take on new, more difficult challenges.

You can't change your way of thinking overnight. Big changes can come from taking small steps.

When you wake up in the morning, envision a few positive thoughts. Imagine yourself having a great day. Think about all of the wonderful things that will be happening to you. Imagine yourself attracting new clients or being contacted by a reporter who wants to feature you in a magazine story.

You may want to consider creating a "dream board" or a "dream book". Write out all the things you would like to accomplish. Look through magazines and find pictures that correspond with those goals. When you find a picture you like, cut it out and pin it to a bulletin board or paste it into a scrapbook.

Don't be afraid to reach for the stars with this project. If you see a picture of a house you would love to live in, put it on your dream board. Find a picture of a car you've always wanted or a picture of a place you would love to travel to.

The Brain And Persuasion

The Brain and Persuasion

The Brain and Persuasion

"The existence of forgetting has never been proved: We only know that some things don't come to mind when we want them." ~ Friedrich Nietzsche

You know the feeling, it's frustrating, it's annoying, and maybe it's a little embarrassing. It's that feeling of having something at the tip of your tongue, something you once knew, but no longer do, something, maybe, as simple as the three branches of the United States government or an anniversary (that can put you in the doghouse) or the name of a business associate or client who you've been working with for a while (yikes!).

It happens to the best of us. . . our cognitive abilities seem to decline as the years march on. But is this something that is a given? Or can we lessen or prevent the 'senior moments? (even if we are not seniors) we experience as a result of us not using our brains and allowing them to be all that they can be?

Some people keep their brains agile with crossword puzzles or Sudoku or ?brain twisters? or play games such as Scrabble if they like the more social aspect. These are all great activities to "aerobically exercise" the mind.

Studies have shown that older adults neither see, hear, taste, nor feel as accurately as younger people do and this is partially due to the fact that once people retire, they tend to do things that they are good at, things that don't challenge them incredibly. So part of the key to keeping your brain agile is giving it new, different activities and problems to challenge it.

There are also biochemical responses that are vital to stimulating the mind and inspiring people to keep learning. When we are young we have the freshness of everything, a novelty in the unexplored that keeps us engaged in the process of learning. The other thing we have going for us, which when you're a kid is a huge motivator, is the concept of being rewarded for what we do.

So how can I apply this to persuasion? Well, when we study persuasion, a fortunate byproduct is that we enhance our brains immeasurably through the challenges of thinking a new way.

In studying things like the 36 Chinese stratagems, or the 24 Doorways of the Magical Objection Mastery, we are flexing, swinging from the macro to micro. It can be thought of as looking at problems with a telescope, a broad overview, and then alternately taking a microscope and really hashing out the details.

What does this do for us and why do our brains find it so challenging? Well, maybe it's not a part of your brain you use very often. Enhancing our cognitive agility can be hard, but is so worth the effort.

The Key To A Better Life

The Key to a Better Life

The Key to a Better Life

Time management is basically about being focused. The Pareto Principle also known as the '80:20 Rule' states that 80% of efforts that are not time managed or unfocused generates only 20% of the desired output. However, 80% of the desired output can be generated using only 20% of a well time managed effort. Although the ratio '80:20' is only arbitrary, it is used to put emphasis on how much is lost or how much can be gained with time management.

Some people view time management as a list of rules that involves scheduling of appointments, goal settings, thorough planning, creating things to do lists and prioritizing. These are the core basics of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire.

But there is more skills involved in time management than the core basics. Skills such as decision making, inherent abilities such as emotional intelligence and critical thinking are also essential to your personal growth.

Personal time management involves everything you do. No matter how big and no matter how small, everything counts. Each new knowledge you acquire, each new advice you consider, each new skill you develop should be taken into consideration.

Having a balanced life-style should be the key result in having personal time management. This is the main aspect that many practitioners of personal time management fail to grasp.

Time management is about getting results, not about being busy.

The six areas that personal time management seeks to improve in anyone's life are physical, intellectual, social, career, emotional and spiritual.

The physical aspect involves having a healthy body, less stress and fatigue.

The intellectual aspect involves learning and other mental growth activities.

The social aspect involves developing personal or intimate relations and being an active contributor to society.

The career aspect involves school and work.

The emotional aspect involves appropriate feelings and desires and manifesting them.

The spiritual aspect involves a personal quest for meaning.

Thoroughly planning and having a set of things to do list for each of the key areas may not be very practical, but determining which area in your life is not being giving enough attention is part of time management. Each area creates the whole you, if you are ignoring one area then you are ignoring an important part of yourself.

Personal time management should not be so daunting a task. It is a very sensible and reasonable approach in solving problems big or small.

A great way of learning time management and improving your personal life is to follow several basic activities.

One of them is to review your goals whether it be immediate or long-term goals often.

A way to do this is to keep a list that is always accessible to you.

Always determine which task is necessary or not necessary in achieving your goals and which activities are helping you maintain a balanced life style. Each and everyone of us has a peek time and a time when we slow down, these are our natural cycles. We should be able to tell when to do the difficult tasks when we are the sharpest.

Learning to say "No". You actually see this advice often. Heed it even if it involves saying the word to family or friends.

Pat yourself at the back or just reward yourself in any manner for an effective time management result.

Try and get the cooperation from people around you who are actually benefiting from your efforts of time management.

Don't procrastinate. Attend to necessary things immediately.

Have a positive attitude and set yourself up for success. But be realistic in your approach in achieving your goals.

Have a record or journal of all your activities. This will help you get things in their proper perspective.

These are the few steps you initially take in becoming a well rounded individual.

As the say personal time management is the art and science of building a better life.

>From the moment you integrate into your lifetime management skills, you have opened several options that can provide a broad spectrum of solutions to your personal growth. It also creates more doors for opportunities to knock on.

Signs That We Are In A Recession

Signs That We Are in a Recession

by Melissa Nykorchuk

A recession can be hard to spot in its infancy, and even hard for some people to recognize when we are in the midst of it. Most of the time, we don’t know we’ve been in a recession until it’s over, which makes it that much harder to spot. Some people claim we are in the middle of the worst recession ever, and others claim our economy has never been better. So how can you tell for yourself that we are in a recession?

Signs Of Recession

The major indicators of the beginning of a recession are:
  • The number of applicants for unemployment is significantly higher than in previous months.
  • The U.S. stock market drops significantly and unexpectedly.
  • Demand for consumer goods and services begins to decline drastically.
What Each Indicator Can Mean

The first and foremost method of detecting that we are in a recession is simply by looking at unemployment rates. When unemployment suddenly jumps to a high percentage, it’s a major sign that employers are beginning to struggle. When employers are struggling, the employees will struggle too. Ultimately the struggle of both employee and employer will affect the economy overall. With more unemployed citizens, less money is being put back into the businesses that can’t afford to keep their employees in the first place, resulting in more lay-offs, and perpetuating a vicious cycle.

The U.S. stock market has also been a long standing method of detecting recession. While the stock market fluctuates constantly on a daily basis, a sudden and large drop can mean we’re in the middle of a financial disaster. The stock market can normally recover by the end of the day, but when the problem persists for a longer period of time, a recession can be to blame. It is important to note, however, that while the stock market may be a good indication, almost 50% of all stock market drops were not the result of a recession, either past, present, or future. For this reason, the stock market is usually viewed as a secondary factor and not a primary indicator in whether or not we are in a recession.

The demand for consumer goods is a great way to determine the possibility of a recession. There are expected drops that shouldn’t be factored in, such as the drop in consumer spending directly after a major holiday. Unexpected drops around the time when spending is usually presumed to go up, however, can be a tell-tale sign of a recession. When consumers are suddenly spending less money on goods and services, it can be linked to the drop in employment rates, and perpetuate the cycle that causes an ultimate recession.

While these are not explicitly implicative of an impending or current recession, these can be signs that help consumers detect an impending recession, and prepare themselves appropriately. Ultimately, the best, and probably only, way to positively identify a recession is only after it has happened. But, by being aware of these signs, you can prepare yourself for a possible pending recession, and the crunch won’t feel so restricting.
